Brompton eazy wheels are larger in diameter than the standard rollers, have rubber tyres and are fitted with sealed ball journal bearings  and allow the bicycle to be rolled along easily when fully or partly folded. The bike can be rolled using the raised handlebar as a handle (there is no need to clamp it), or by pushing on the raised saddle.

Included with the kit is a rubber bung assembly that fits into the bottom of the seat tube. This acts as a brake when the seat is fully pushed down, so that the rubber bung touches the ground. It is particularly important to use this feature when the fully folded bike is stowed on public transport such as a train, to prevent the bike rolling around. Remember to lift the seat enough to disengage the brake before rolling the bike.
